Two bedroom, two bathroom, sleeps 4; open plan kitchen with washing machine and all modern appliances. Ceiling fans and heaters for Summer/Winter, TV/DVD with selection of films. Solarium on roof with built in BBQ, table & chairs plus sun loungers, light and power. Communal swimming pool in front of apartment with pedestrian only walkways. Close to sea, beach and number of golf courses. Great for quiet chill out breaks and summer holidays, with or with out children. Short drive from Murcia and Alicante airports. Ten minutes walk to Villa martin Plaza for restaurants and bars. Near to other eating-places and shops. Choice of Supermarkets within 5 minute drive or small shop at the plaza. VILLAMARTIN ,Costa Blanca, Spain. Situated within the Orihuela Region, Villamartin is an up market area, and is in an excellent location being very close to a number of golf courses, and only a few minutes drive to superb blue flag sandy beaches. The Villamartin area has very good local amenities, including a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks. The Villamartin Plaza contains over 20 restaurants varying from Italian, English, Indian, Spanish, Mexican and Chinese, most of these serve food indoors & outside plus some do takeaway. The Indian is my particular favourite. For those eating at home on th roof terrace, there are also a number of bars within the Plaza. From Murcia Airport (San Javier) to apartment 20 minutes drive. Alicante Airport to apartment 45 minutes. We can provide easy to follow directions.

Additional information about rental rates

  • BOOKING TERMS. The listed prices are applicable for up to 4 people. Please note that arrival is after 4pm and departure before 1pm. However we will be flexible as long as no other gusts are arriving/departing on the same day. There is no extra charge for early or late arrival but the agent will require you to depart on time if they need to clean for arriving guests.
    Booking Request Email: Our Booking Request email link is provided on-line. We require a £100 cheque or paypal payment to secure the dates requested on your Booking Request email. We will hold the booking for 5 days of you submitting your request. The £100 acts as a Booking /Key/ security damage deposit. We ask that you pay the full holiday Cost 4 weeks before departure. The £100 will be returned once the apartment has been checked by the agents
  • Cleaning Payments: €50 Final Cleaning Charge is payable to the agents on arrival, who will clean the apartment and linens/towels between guests (it does not include washing-up and normal items associated with a self-catering holiday!) For extended stays additional cleaning can be arranged with the agents and paid directly to them.
  • Additional Items: Please report any damage or isues directly to the agent as soon as possible so that they can rectify and problem etc. The agent can also arrange airport transfers if required. Again this is payable directly to the agent not to me.

Notes: Towels are supplied for shower/bath; please bring your own beach/pool towels. The main bedroom has twin beds that can be either pushed together or separated, the second room has twin beds all with comfortable mattresses. In the kitchen there is a toaster, kettle, microwave, utensils, knives, Iron, Ironing board, clothes airer. The separate utility area houses the washing machine and on demand water heater. Welcome packs are available at extra cost. The local agents live next door will meet you on arrival and are available for help and assistance during your stay if needed. The large PRIVATE roof terrace has a built in BBQ table & chairs and sun loungers. The agents can arrange for hire of Hi Chairs, cots, strollers for a daily charge. Please ask for a quotation

I personally play golf and can advise you start on Campoamor if you are a high handicap player as it is more forgiving and a little easier than the others

From the very first dealings I had with Andy (the owner) I felt this was going to be a great holiday, and I wasn't dissappointed. The apartment was as described and Andy was helpful in providing further photos and details of surrounding places of interest, and suitabillity for a family holiday (14 and 12).
The apartment is on the second floor, it was roomy, clean and tidy and had a wonderful roof terrace. The community surrounding the pool were also very friendly.
I would suggest that a car is useful as the nearest shops and bars are a good 15 to 20 minute walk.
The pool was fantastic and formed the main part of the holiday. No towels on beds here, very relaxed atmosphere with enough room for everyone. People gathered around and in the pool till late into the evening.
Overall we had an excellent holiday, we are already looking to book again next year.

We have stayed at several apartments in the Villa Martin area and this apartment was by far the best. A lovely area with friendly 'neighbours' and a lovely private garden and pool. Situated in a quiet resedential street and just a 20 minute stroll to the Villa Martin Plaza where you have everything you need. Will definately visit again! Thank you Andy.

Went there with 3 friends for a golf weef. Property clean, well equipped and confortable. Spacious roof terrace with a nice cooling breeze in the mid day sun.

Bit of an uphill hike ( 15 mins to get to town ), but taxis available should you wish and magic floating beer carpets on the way back.

Canal nearby which is perfect for cycling and is very safe after the first mile stretch. Beach is

The apartment is situated a short stroll from the main Villa Martin plaza where most of the bars and restaurants are located and the golf course. The apartment was a great size both clean and tidy and situated on a quiet friendly development. The property benefits from overlooking the pool and has it's own private sunny solarium.
