Notes to the rental rates

• BOOKING TERMS. The listed prices are applicable for up to 4 people. Please note that arrival is after 4pm and departure before 1pm. However we will be flexible as long as no other gusts are arriving/departing on the same day. There is no extra charge for early or late arrival but the agent will require you to depart on time if they need to clean for arriving guests.
  Booking Request Email: Our Booking Request email link is provided on-line. We require a £100 cheque or paypal payment to secure the dates requested on your Booking Request email. We will hold the booking for 5 days of you submitting your request. The £100 acts as a Booking /Key/ security damage deposit. We ask that you pay the full holiday Cost 4 weeks before departure. The £100 will be returned once the apartment has been checked by the agents
  
• Cleaning Payments: €50 Final Cleaning Charge is payable to the agents on arrival, who will clean the apartment and linens/towels between guests (it does not include washing-up and normal items associated with a self-catering holiday!) For extended stays additional cleaning can be arranged with the agents and paid directly to them.
  
• Additional Items: Please report any damage or isues directly to the agent as soon as possible so that they can rectify and problem etc. The agent can also arrange airport transfers if required. Again this is payable directly to the agent not to me.

There are a number of courses locally: La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor as well as La Manga a bit further a field. Further information can be found on our website. I personally play golf and can advise you start on Campoamor if you are a high handicap player as it is more forgiving and a little easier than the others
