We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo in April 2009. The description and pictures perfectly match reality. We felt very comfortable during the time we spent over there. The condo is well furnished, clean and well-maintained and doesen't leave any wishes open. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which we took to explore the beaches around Bonita Springs. Shopping malls with restaurants and supermarkets are close to Pelican Landing.

Great vacation spot

This unit is a gem. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The photos are an accurate description of the current look of the condo. The garage is spacious. Two bicycles are provided and we've enjoyed riding throughout the community. The owners are very cooperative and attentive.

Pelican Landing is a great community. There are free kayaks, a shuttle to the beach, where lounges and umbrellas are provided, available tennis and a community center that includes exercise machines and bocce courts. .Pelican Landing is conveniently located close to shopping.

We've stayed in Pelican Landing previously and this unit is our favorite. We will be returning.

We stayed in this property for 3 months at the end of 2008 and must say that it was probably the best rental we have ever had. The apartment is very well furnished with lots of chic style and very well appointed with flat screen TV's, internet etc. It is just opposite Coconut Point, a new mall development, with a great cinema and lots of good restaurants - Montana Grill for buffalo steaks - The Grape for a great lunch and Angelina's a very stylish Italian.
I am a golfer and Stoneybrooke is a good public very close. Also you are only 5 mins away from Miramar Outlets for great cheap shopping.
Bonita beach is only 10 mins drive away and great for walking, relaxing etc
I must also add that the owners of the property were very conscientious in cheacking that we were happy and everything was in order,
Only downside, (and not a very big issue) - the couple downstairs smoke on their lanai and the smell drifts up occassionally and also the beach at the beach club is small and can be crowded. But overall we give it a 5* rating

Wir hatten die Freude, einige Tage in 2008 in dieser Wohnung zu verbringen. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit. die Eigentümer haben sich bei den kleinsten Rückfragen um alles gekümmert. Die wohl neue Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Die Wohnanlage direkt am Golf von Mexiko (westlich der US41) wird bestens gepflegt und beinhaltet im Mietpreis viele Annehmlichkeiten: Segeln inkl. Segelunterricht, Tennis, Kanufahren, Boccia, Fitness, Privatstrand, Sonnenschirme, Liegen etc..... Der alten Baumbestand und die vielen naturbelassenen Flächen geben Einem das Gefühl, direkt in der Natur zu wohnen. Hier zeigt sich der Unterschied zu den zahlreichen Wohnanlagen im Landesinneren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt, edel und fein ist dies Condo!

Die komplette Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes war bestens. Die Eigentümer waren stets besorgt, damit wir einen ganz entspannten Urlaub genießen duften. Das Condo liegt absolut ruhig und wenn es mal etwas unterhaltsamer sein darf, geht man einfach 1 Minute entfernt zum Pool und kann hier auf nette Menschen treffen, die gern auch mal kurzfristig eine Poolparty ansetzen. Es wird dann nett zusammen am Pool gegrillt , geschwommen, getrunken ein bisschen gefeiert und wenn man will kann man hier neue amerikanische oder deutsche Freunde finden. Die Lage Pelican Landings ist erstklassig. Kurze Wege zur Coconut Mall, Miromar Outlets (sehr zu empfehlen) Beach in Bonita (Pelikane, Dolphins sowie Manatees kommen hier gern sehr nah an den Strand). Sanibel und Naples sind auch von hier aus schnell zu erreichen und immer eine Fahrt wert. An der 41. sind viele gute Restaurants, besonders empfehlenswert sind unserer Meinung nach das Cp.Nemo (Richtung Naples) sowie für ausgezeichnete Pizza und Salate das neu eröffnete aus Deutschland bekannte Vapiano. Einen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Condo in Pelikan Landing können wir nur empfehlen! Wir kommen jedenfalls gern wieder!
