Newly renovated farmhouse in large garden with children's play area. In the National Park of the Sibillini ideally situated for walking and mountain biking. Large sitting room with open fire and comfortable furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Three double bedrooms plus attic and 2 bathrooms sleeping up to 8. The farmhouse is in a quiet area , safe for children with big space for them to play games. Large outdoor swimming pool nearby in San Ginesio and indoor pool in Sarnarno.

Completely immersed in the splendid natural beauty of the Sibillini Mountains, you can really enjoy your holiday! At neaby lake Fiastra you can swim or hire boats or you can hike in the mountains and beside rivers and mountain springs. The splendid sea of the Adriatic coast is only 45 kms away, with the beautiful beaches of Sirolo and Numana that are known as two pearls in the Adriatic coast. There are many good restaurants in the area, that keep all the traditional flavours and smells of the ancient, rich past !

The house has been beautifully restored and is set in a tiny mountain village near San Ginesio in the sibillini National park
There are lots of interesting places to visit nearby or just totally relax in the garden and listen to the birds Whilst we don't have children and just wanted somewhere to chill out, it is well equipped for families, especially younger ones.
