Our villa is located 3.5 miles from Disney World's Gates. Location is crucial when picking out a villa. Your holiday time is precious, please don't waste it in traffic! Our villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Each room tastefully decorated with bedrooms having there own televisions. Two of the bedrooms are done with children in mind. From Mickey Mouse with a Mickey Mouse TV, Princess rm with a pink Cinderella TV, lavender mosquito nets, walls have magical castles, slippers, crystals, for a little girl to have happy dreams! Master bedroom is colourful with a king size bed, rocking chair to read a great book! We provide FREE pool heat for our clients from October 1st 2008 - May 1st 2009. Swimming & sunbathing is what are clients are coming to sunny Florida to do! It's important to us that our clients have a fun holiday and providing FREE pool heat helps the budget.

Skiing at Lake Louisa

Boating is your thing, well Lake Louisa is approximately 12 miles from our villa. Boating, skiing, fishing are just 15 minutes from villa.

Everglades

Don't miss the Everglades when visiting Florida. Ride air boats and see the wildlife including alligators!

Skiing Information:

Jet skiing over at Cocoa Beach is my favourite things to do at the beach. Approximately 35 miles from our villa, and enjoy Kennedy Space Center. Plus have a peek at the Disney Magic & Disney Wonder Ships while jet skiing!

Golf Information:

Villa overlooks Mystic Dunes Golf Course and 2 miles down the road is Champion Gates Golf Course!
