Large Apartment close to the beach with an Olympic sized swimming pool
Dunas Green is a luxury development between Estepona and San Pedro. The complex is divided into 6 blocks in a semi circle around an 'Olympic sized' swimming pool and gardens. It is not overlooked so there is a great feeling of space in the grounds. The apartment is just a 15 minute walk to the beach with all the water sports that the beach has to offer!! A dozen golf courses are conveniently located close by and there are two paddle tennis courts in this gated complex of 65 apartments. There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance, and all along the E15/A7 (the old N340) towards San Pedro. Puerto Banus with its prestigious yacht harbour is only 10 minutes drive away - Marbella and Estepona are 15 minutes drive. The apartment has 3 bedrooms - 1 Double ensuite, 1 Double and 1 twin, the living room also has pull out beds. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has marble floors throughout. Outside it benefits from a rear secluded terrace.

Dunas Green is situated 500 meters north of the E15/A7 opposite the Las Dunas Beach Hotel and Spa and adjacent to the Golf Coto de la Serena course at the 163 kilometre mark on the E15/A7. Easily accessible from the E15/AP7, either from junction 172 via San Pedro to the east or from junction 157 just six kilometres to the west. Being about halfway between Estepona and San Pedro provides a whole range of attractions all within a short drive. The beach is easily accessible via a pedestrian bridge over the E15/A7 less than 10 minutes walk.. Further excellent beaches are accessible within five minutes drive and the two of these nearest to Dunas have good beach bars with food in daylight hours, in addition to hiring sun loungers with sunshades on their part of the beach. There are restaurants within walking distance, however a car is recommended. There are a number of shops bars restaurants and attractions just a couple of minutes drive away.

Making your Booking
The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us. Once we have received your booking and all appropriate payments, we will, subject to availability, confirm your holiday by sending a Booking Confirmation and Invoice to the party leader. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on any document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. Please note: none of the advertised holiday prices published on our website include travel arrangements, for example flights. Please check at the time of booking.

Payment
In order to confirm your chosen holiday dates, a deposit of £150 must be paid within 2 weeks of booking. We will advise you of this before you confirm your booking.
The balance of the booking price must be received by us not less than 8 weeks prior to departure. If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we will send you a written reminder. If you do not pay all payments due in full within 7 days of receiving this reminder, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out below will be payable.
Insurance
We will not accept your booking unless you purchase holiday insurance. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs.

Cancellation by you
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your chosen dates once they have been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing by recorded delivery post or fax. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when it is received in writing by us at our office.
If we receive your notice of cancellation 8 weeks or more before departure, we will retain the full amount of your deposit (NB “deposit” includes, in addition to any other monies paid or due at that time, all amounts paid or due at the time of booking in respect of any flight(s) you have booked).
If we receive it less than 8 weeks before departure, charges will be payable

I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Estepona. We had a fantastic Time!
Firstly, the owner was very polite and helpful, she gave me lots of helpful information and i could contact her if i had any queries or needed any information.
The property itself was stunning and had everything we needed for our break away!
