The extended patio provides plenty of room for your party to relax in and no one in your back yard as this property abuts conservation land! Private in-ground pool and spa! The games room comes with billiards, air hockey, weight bench, foosball and X-box video game system. Baby supplies provided as well, free of charge, gas grill free of charge, wireless internet free of charge! Full eat in kitchen with all appliances. The 5000 sq ft clubhouse is loaded with amenities such as tennis courts, basketball court, heated pool/jacuzzi, pool bar and food, sauna, arcade, cyber-cafe, fitness room and concierge service.
