ideal hideaway for a week in sunny Nice. The quiet , cheerful central top-floor studio(with lift) is fully equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Only one minute from the main shopping avenue and tram line and only 5 minutes' walk to the famous old town, its fresh produce market, and the beach. IRONMAN suitable, close to promenade des Anglais, and convention center is easy to reach by tramway Train station 10mn walk.

The famous 'Place Massena' is literally 50 metres away and another 100 metres will bring you to the old town and beach.

This is a lovely little place perfect for couple plus toddler. Great situation just off main shopping area and ten minutes walk to sea front. the manager Michael was professional and friendly. Everything clean and kitchen area fine for self catering. Slight problem with slats on bed which occasionally slipped but this was a minor annoyance. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone keen to see Nice on a reasonable budget. .

We went on our honeymoon and were very impressed. The apartment is right on the edge of the old town and very easy to walk to from the restaurants and the beach.

The owner was really nice and very helpful... all in all a very successful holiday. For any couple that doesn't mind eating out every night (very much recommended anyway) this comes highly recommended.

Upon arrival Mike greeted us and was very helpful in orienting us with the Apartment and Nice. The place was nicely decorated and perfectly suited for our week long stay. I think it is a pefect spot also for visitors close to the main street, the beach, and the old part of the city...we walked everywhere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
