Needs better management

The house was as listed and it was clean. The confirmation we received did not have the house street address and if not for the help of the front gate guard we would not have been able to find the home. The owner controls the house temperature via internet. When we finally got into the home it was 83 degrees, and we were only able to turn the temperature down to 78 degrees. We had to call the management company several times due to problems, including it being hot in the home, the internet not working, the pool lights were not working, and the hot tub was not working. The management company did get the internet working and we were able to turn the air temperature down to 75 degrees. Whenever we would leave the home and come back the temperature would be back up to 78 degrees. The pool lights and hot tub were not fixed during our stay of 9 days. The management company did not show an interest in making sure our needs were being met.
