Beautiful glazed Dining/ naya/terrace with tinted windows throughout has views over the pool.2 modern kitchens with a utility room,a covered terrace with BBQ,tables to eat al fresco.Two large twin bedrooms ,a family sized bathroom. The master double bedroom is upstairs with en suite bathroom and terrace overlooking the pool.Three more twin bedrooms with external access,all with en suite shower rooms,plus one double bedroom with en suite shower room.Bathroom, another smaller lounge with access to the ground floor and pool terrace. small study area/Children's entertainment room, DVD player,play station 2, bring games, A Kidney shaped swimming pool (heated at extra cost).Outside Pool table,Table tennis.Terraces, sun loungers,parasols.Perfect for large family's Hen/Stags.from 3 nights to 1 month bookings all year round. Fabulous quality villa very well equiped superb pool and gardens great facilities including pool and table tennis tables.
Barbecue area superb with fridge and preparation area.
The villa is set in well established quiet residential area of Javea but within one mile to beach and easy access to shops and supermarket.
No complaints whatsoever.
Many thanks to Geoff & Lynn from the neighbouring villa for all his help and recomendations of places of interest and his guide to good food and drink.
The whole Javea area is beautiful and offers a mulitude of choices whatever type of holiday you require.
Thanks to everyone concerned hope to see you all again.

We spent a wonderful holiday at Casa Yerka. A good mixture of ages with grandpappie down to 2 year old Sam.There was 14 of us and we spent most days swimming and sunbathing, well almost all of us, the guys spent their time playing pool and having the odd competition on the table tennis,(which I have to say was fun to have) Many a night time was round the BBQ with our glasses of wine, although we went to some lovely Spanish restaurants just up the hill. Javea is lovely and we would definitely recommend this villa to our friends.The shower/bathrooms were very modern and spacious as were most rooms.Great to have 2 kitchens if you want to eat on your own for a change. A car is essential if you like to do your shopping every day like us although we saw plenty of taxis. It was nice to be a little out of the town and yet only 10 min's drive away.Another great reason for this villa is that Sharon gave us loads of information in advance and was always available in advance for a chat or any questions that we had.It was good to have useful phone numbers just in case we needed emergencies and the caretakers are almost on site and were very helpful. We hope to be able to visit you next year. Thank you for your help and making it a memorable holiday.
