Arwen Villa is a romantic and beautifully appointed self-catering holiday rental, ideally located for skiing, fishing, golf, tramping/bushwalking, mountain biking or just sit back in the deck chairs and enjoy the mountain view. Arwen Villa is over 100 years old and it has been beautifully restored with local timbers and New Zealand made furnishings. There are 2 fireplaces to keep you cosy and warm. One fireplace is located in the large, modern bathroom with a huge clawfoot bathtub and modern shower. The master bedroom has beautiful woodwork and en suite plus mountain views from the private balcony. Another queen size bedroom has a private balcony and ornamental fireplace which enhances the grand feel of the house. The kitchen is large and modern with all new stainless steel appliances and white crockery. The large living and dining room has mountain views and French doors which open onto the deck. The private, native garden has a gazebo with barbecue cooking and dining area.
