Newly tiled kitchen with granite counters, large AGA stove, new kitchen wares, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer. All new Swiss cable for large flat screen TV, new furnishings and updated decorating inside and out.! Mechanical updating includes new lighting, entirely new plumbing, electrical service, water heater, water softener and hot water heat....and with our Old Spanish Character, it's better than new! Established plot above the Javea Port Yacht Club in the exclusive Cuesta San Antonio area. Villa is very private, fenced and walled plot with road access via automatic gate. Travel down to Port or up to Montgo Park. Great walks! Car is recommended. Lovely landscaping, brick pavings, citrus trees, herb garden and flower gardens. The Villa layout is generally flat with pool located on the same level.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Security deposit required of 500 Euros, preferred deposit is by credit card. You are responsible for any damages to the property.
    Discounts up to 5% may be available on rentals of 3 weeks or more.
    Heating of Pool or Spa is available at your optional cost.
    Our Final Cleaning Fee of 150 Euros will be waived if villa is left clean and in good condition. Otherwise the cleaning fee will be charged against your deposit.
    One set of linens and towels is provided. (NO beach towels) Washing machine is available on site or laundry is available in the Port.
    The Villa is overseen locally. Access is provided to maintain both the pool and gardens on a weekly basis.
    Our local representative will meet you and provide orientation for the villa. Contact information will be provided should you need assistance during your stay.
    If you have any questions on the villa or the area, please feel free to contact the owners.
  • A welcome pack is included. Rental charges provide for the cleaning prior to your arrival. To ensure that property can be prepared in time for the next client please leave the property as you would expect to find it. Check in time is typically after 3:30pm, departure by 10:00am. Otherwise, please contact us to see if there is any flexibility as we try to accommodate! Your booking will be confirmed when 30% of the total rental has been received. The balance together with the refundable deposit of 500€ must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned by transfer after final inspection, within 1 week of departure. Details of how to find the property and a map will be supplied along with a written confirmation of your booking. Bookings typically will run from Thursday to Thursday; although, other days may be possible.
  • We prefer a direct transfer of funds. We will also accept Pay Pal for our transactions but will take Visa and Master cards if necessary..

Everything is new or like new as the whole villa was just remodeled and refitted. Recent customers have been very pleased with the accommodations, features and position of this home. It has ample indoor living space and even more space outdoors, with both seafront and mountainside nayas, as well as terraces on both the southwest and southeast sides. Lovely landscaping with flowers, trees and herb garden. The pool can be heated at renters cost. Same with the spa. We ask that smokers do so outside only, thank you.
