This fantastic finca built in the 18th,century has all the original charm but has been restored with all modern comforts . The house has 2 floors and is sitting on top of a hill with amazing views of the country and sea .There are numerous sun terraces ,B.B.Q.area ,outside dinning areas. This is a perfect dream location for anyone looking for peace and tranquilly[family s or couples ]But still only 20 minutes to the buzzie international IBIZA TOWN or only 5 minutes to the cool sleepy village of SAN JOSE with very good bars, restaurants ,shops .Some of the island best beaches minutes away. But why not just laze around your own private pool cooling down with a glass of champagne sangria!! Relax and enjoy your natural surroundings ,before hopping in for a hydro bath and a night out on the town?or maybe a romantic dinner under the stars at home . Welcome to cho lay.

The village of SAN JOSE is a wonderful sleepy place by day art,and culture, but has vibrant night life, good restaurants, bars, boutique shops .In san jose you have the famous golden church which is open daily for visits .You are just 10 minutes away from some of Ibiza best beaches, calle tarrida calle conta, blue marlin sallinas are just a few. Calle tarrida offers all water sports ,boats for rent,and a great seafood restaurant.You can travel around this coast and discover coves and bays for yourself. With Ibiza town just 20 minutes away you can enjoy people watching in old and new surroundings, lively bars and restaurants along the front of the port, retail therapy until early hours of the morning.There are the world famous clubs, pacha just being one this is for anyone and everyone great for a fantastic night out . there is the calle de la virgin Ibiza town well known for Cosmo people and this is great place to have a meal

Don't be fooled by the photo's. The only good thing about this villa was the pool. Things that were wrong:-

Kitchen grossly understocked. No decent pots and pans.
No basic utensils, like sharp knives, potatoe peeler etc.
Slimline dishwasher whcih is totally inadequate for a villa that sleeps 10.
No outside lights for the first 5 days, so had to eat in the small kitchen are. The dinning table only seats 4.
Villa stank after a couple of days, as the plumbing system couldn't cpoe with 10 people. When we complained, they said there was nothing they could do.
The villa is advertised as having 2 showers. There is infact only 1 shower that works.
The advert implies the villa is airconditioned, but this is not the case. There is only aircon in one room.
Property was advertised with a DVD player, which we had to ask for.
The ad also includes a garage which was not available.
After all this, they kept most of our deposit for "damages".
I def do not recommend this villa.
