  • Guests are asked for a deposit against damages, and is taken as follows; T2 (2 Bedroom) = €350; Our main concern is to ensure that the apartments remain in good condition. The damage deposit will be refunded in full within one month of departure, if there are no damages. Occasionally, if there is something broken or damaged, the deposit will be held until such time that the item has been replaced or the problem has been resolved. Inside the apartment you will find the Rental Information Guide containing useful information and a full Property Inventory and the São Lourenço Owners Association Condominium Rules and Regulations. Please note that Credit Cards are not accepted at Reception, only cash or normal bank cheques in Pounds Sterling or Euros (all cheques should include bank charges). 200 Electricity units are included in the rental price per week. However, when the client uses more than their allocated units of electricity, they will be asked to pay in Euros, €0,20/units.

Please note that there is no maid service during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and on Public Holidays. GARDENS – There is a full gardening team on-site who take care of the gardens and surrounding areas, although no garden maintenance is carried out on Saturdays or Sundays

GOLF and ACTIVITIES: Discounted Golf Bookings (for most of the courses across the Algarve), Car Hire, along with trips to the local Water and Theme Parks can all be arranged at Reception. Bicycles, Motorbikes and Scooters are available for hire from a local supplier with insurance and equipment. Taxi hire, Excursions and Tours can also be arranged. The Tennis Court is available to all guests free of charge and is open from 09H00 until 21H00 daily (please note that proper footwear and clothing must be worn). Available at Reception are tennis rackets for hire and new tennis balls for sale.

FOOD AND BABYSITTING: Whatever time of the day you or your guests expect to arrive, it is nice to be able to have something readily available to eat or drink. We can provide Standard, Luxury and Executive food parcels. Alternatively, we can arrange food parcels as requested; time and transport costs will be charged for this service upon departure. We have suitable baby-sitters for the occasional evenings or to help with children during the day. If you require a professionally trained nanny, please advise Reception as soon as possible, due to time schedules and the higher costs involved.

ARRIVALS OUT OF HOURS: Should your arrival be outside normal operating hours, then you must inform Reception to ensure the apartment keys are left in a specially designed safety locking box on the apartment door. Guests leaving outside office hours are asked to please drop off the apartment key/s in the letter box outside Reception.
