Romantic villa with stunning view of the sea

On your right the sea, on your left the sea , in front of you the sea and a stunning view on the islands – les îles d'or “the golden isles Porquerolles ,Port Cros, Levant”- as the French call them ... This is a 180 degree view of the sea for what it is said to be the most romantic villa in Aiguebelle and Le Lavandou.. romantic with its little tower flanking the main part of the villa,romantic with its three umbrella pines shading the terrace and protecting you from the generous Mediterranean sunlight, romantic also are the colours of the green lawn and a deep blue sea scattered with white sails which merge in front of you and which constantly attract your eyes. At the side of the house is a tiled pool with a large terrace overlooking the sea, where you will find sun loungers perfect for poolside sunbathing or relaxing under the shade of one of the umbrella pines. On your right side protected by one of the pine trees you will find an outdoor salon where we often take a drink ...

The beach is a short walk down the stairs adjoining the villa : they will bring you down to Jean Blanc beach which is a charming beach right at the bottom of the hill .It is one of the twelve beaches in Le Lavandou ... and one of the nicest in our opinion.... one of them is a nudist beach : le layet which is also famous to have the best fish restaurant in the region (lunch only)There is a lifeguard on duty in Cavaliere beach . Along the 12 kilometres of beach, you will find facilities of high quality intended for your pleasant stay with beach restaurants, umbrellas ,sunbeds,toilets, sand maintenance etc.. Within walking distance from the villa in Aiguebelle beach should I suggest Le Nautique with its top beach restaurant open for lunch and dinner. There is a little train which links the town to the beaches from Le Lavandou to Cavaliere . You can walk to Cavaliere where there is little supermarket ,butcher ,baker and green grocer and above all a market every Monday morning .

  • Linen for your accommodation is included in the cost of your rental. This will include bath towels and poolside towels. We would ask you to bring your own beach towels. There will be a change of linen if your stay is two weeks or longer, at no extra charge.

On the ground floor are two double bedrooms one shower and WC .Their shutters open on the terrace and the lawn and are both facing the sea, where you can sit for breakfast and relax taking in the breathtaking view.

The house itself is built in the Provencal style and has been completely renewed. On the second level overlooking the sea is a large master bedroom suite with bathroom, dressing and WC. This bedroom is airconditioned. On the lower level, are two double bedrooms one shower and WC .Their shutters open on the terrace and the lawn and are both facing the sea. On the right you will find the day area with two large rooms -living/dining room ( where we never dine in the spring or summer because we prefer to take all our meals on the terrace ). You will also find the kitchen in the round tower and WC in the entrance. Outside on the terrace and the lawn which stretch on the total length of the villa you will find a large teakwood dining table and another garden salon with two comfortable armchairs and two chairs with a small round table.
