A brand new three bedroom house situated in a quiet location on an exclusive complex in Caleta de Fuste. This resort is ideal for couples and families who are looking for a relaxing and tranquil holiday location. Within a 5 minute walk there is a beautiful white sandy beach and a variety of restaurants and bars on offer. The house is furnished to a very high standard and offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs toilet,spacious lounge which comes with satelite T.V. and D.V.D. player and a fully fitted kitchen which comes equipped with washing machine,microwave,hob,cooker and fridgefreezer.The main bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, it has its own private balcony which has extensive views of the mountains and sea. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobe, it has a private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The third bedroom is located on the lower floor & has twin beds and wardrobes. This bedroom has its own ensuite.There is a private patio.

Caleta de Fuste is just 15 minutes from the airport. It is a quiet relaxing resort with many things to do. It has a beautiful sandy horseshoe shaped beach which has a picturesque harbour which has many attractions on offer including sailing excersions where it is possible to site dolphins and whales, fishing trips and watersports.There a many various resturants located in the resort these include Italian, Chinese, Indian, Portugese and of course the good old English roast.Many bars offer evening entertainment. There are two golf courses about a mile away which has a driving range and club hire facilities. Corralejo has a new water park which is about 40 mins away and further South there is a beatiful zoo where you can experience a camel ride and further south still there are the wonderful beaches of the Jardin, miles and miles of uninterupted white sand.

Our House: We have furnished our house with much consideration. The bedrooms have light weight duvets so that they are easy to make each morning but have provided a throw for those of you that want extra warmth. The lounge has been furnished with comforable leather sofas and a modern dark wood table and chairs. We have provided lamps for soft lighting.The kitchen is like home from home with all equipment thought of and provided so it is very easy to stay in and cook if you prefer. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for your comfort. Outside there is a large patio with table and chairs provided for 6 people for perfect al freco dining. There is a lockable gate to the patio making it safe for children to be kept away from the pool. There are sunbeds provided for you to take around the pool. The accomodation is first class in a wonderful resort, you will never want to be crammed into a hotel bedroom again once you have experienced the space on offer in our house.

We have just returned from a relaxing weeks holiday and had a lovely time. The property is ideally situated with everything you need within walking distance. The house is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The complex is well maintained,pool and gardens visibly attended to daily. Equipment is well thought thru and the washing machine an added bonus. We agreed that the standards described are exact and found the homely touches appreciated. We hired a car and explored the island with great ease, the parking to the rear of the property convenient. Have no hesitation in recommending this as a great base, quiet and peacefull. The owners very helpfull and communications timely-we booked last minute and found them to be efficient and flexible.

6 of us had a very good time in february 2009, the weather was very nice average of 22 C and comfortable in the evenings,the accommodation was first class no problems at all, nicely set out and everything you needed, the area was easy going choices of places to eat out and the beach was about a 10 min walk,if you enjoy walking there are plenty of walks to choose from along the coast and around the town, overall a lovely place and well worth a visit.

A perfect holiday apartment !!!

Wir haben hier ein traumhaftes und sehr sauberes Apartment in einer Top-Anlage vorgefunden. Alle Formalitäten sind reibungslos verlaufen und sind zu 100% eingehalten worden (auch zeitlich perfekt!).Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Verwalter vor Ort auch. Wir haben 3 Top-Schlafzimmer und 2 Top-Bäder vorgefunden. Die Küche ist nahe an der Perfektion mit großem Herd, Waschmaschine und Mega- Kühlschrank! Wohnzimmer ist komplett wird aber bei dieser tollen Außenanlage kaum genutzt! Garten und Pool sind ein absolut sauberer und sicherer Bereich und auch für Kinder sehr zu empfehlen. Ansonsten ist es in der Anlage sehr ruhig und erholsam mit freundlichen Nachbarn und Gästen. Ein Auto lässt sich perfekt an der Garage im Keller parken.
Es sind ausreichend Bänke und Mülleimer in der Anlage vorhanden und es fliegt nichts herum. Die Terrasse ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment und den Vermieter vorbehaltlos!
