Photos and Description of this Agde holiday villa Spacious fully equipped incl. 6 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, sleeps 12.

Our villa is set in a private residential area with private parking. Enclosed and fully equipped summer kitchen adjacent to the swimming pool for al fresco dining. The pool is heated. First floor there is an open plan living/dining room with log fire, opening into a south facing solarium. There are two double bedrooms, large bathroom with bath and shower, a separate shower, toilet and double vanity unit and a separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, double sink and clothes dryer. Large kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave and an inset log fire. Second floor there are 3 double bedrooms, with air-con, one with double bed and en suite bathroom and 2 further large bedrooms, one with double bed and a single bed and one with 3 single beds. These 2 bedrooms have separate access to an en suite bathroom. 1 independent Garden Apartment by the pool, with double bedroom and sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower room/utility. Large lounge. SKY TV etc.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To secure your reservation a deposit of 30% is required, with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. All foreign currency transfers to be paid by Clients. A 'Caution' or refundable deposit of £200 is required with the balance, to cover any breakages, damage to house and contents including furniture and fittings, mattresses and bedding and pool area and to ensure the house is left, as found, in a clean and tidy condition. This caution to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure. Our villa is available for Christmas and New Year 2005 – please ask for details.
  • For smaller families and out of season rentals we make a charge per person per week. We are also able to offer bed and breakfast - please request details. Our villa is warm and comfortable for a winter break, with a generous allowance for electric heating and logs which are supplied free for fires in the lounge and kitchen.
  • Longer lets may also be possible in our villa. Please ask for any further information or help you may require by email or fax/phone.
    A Garden Apartment is also available for short or long lets outside High Season

The villa is our home during the rest of the year and we have endeavoured to make it a very comfortable family home; we therefore welcome families and couples. The 'L' shaped pool is 45 sq.mts. The pool and garden area will be serviced daily during your stay.

'Congratulations for creating such a beautiful holiday home. We all had a wonderful time and found the house extremely well equipped. Needless to say the pool was a great hit with the children and adults alike and being able to barbeque in the evenings was an added bonus. Finally we would like to thank you for your hospitality, wealth of information and the high standard of care afforded to us' John and Patricia Mulholland.

We have just returned from a most enjoyable 2 week holiday at this property. It was a most suitable venue for a family holiday with the flexibility of three levels which allowed independence and privacy when needed and yet had a garden apartment a super pool and a Cuisine d'ete where the whole family good enjoy together.
The property was spotlessly clean, very well maintained , tastefully furnished with excellent cooking and domestic equipment.which made our stay very comfortable indeed.
The customer service provided by the owners was second to none, always accessible,very helpful and friendly.
The situation of the property we also liked since it is in an select residential area nicely positioned near the river yet convenient to all amenities. We particularly enjoyed the riverside restaurants and the old town of Agde which were within walking distance. We would recommend this villa to anyone seeking an enjoyable family holiday. It is the ideal holiday venue.
