This gated community of just 17 villas is nestled on the hillside just 5 minutes from the centre of town. Your family and friends will enjoy stunning views of the Aegean coastline and the Greek islands of Kalymnos and Leros. Imagine relaxing on the terrace, watching the world go by, sipping cocktails whilst viewing the wonderful sunset. This fully air conditioned split level home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with views of the sea. Accessed from its own ground floor entrance with patio, the 2nd master suite is ideal for parties who travel together but who need their own privacy. You will feel right at home in the contemporary style fully fitted kitchen, open plan dining and lovely lounge with satellite TV and DVD. There's even an area for listening to music, playing computer games or just relaxing with a good book. Why not take a dip in the infinity swimming pool.

When you first step into Yalikavak you will immediately become aware of the tranquillity, the endless breeze that cools you down even during the hottest days of summer, this lovely town at the end of the peninsula has everything you could need to enhance your holiday. Excellent fish restaurants, a brand new marina, beaches safe for all and markets to wander through selling everything from fresh fruit to exotic local arts and crafts. Bodrum is just 15 minutes away where the pace quickens and the night-life carries on until dawn. Take a boat trip and do a spot of fishing or have a go at diving in the clear Aegean water. There are trips aplenty to the ancient ruins, or maybe you would like to try white water rafting, the choices are endless.

We will return the deposit to you within four weeks of departure from the house, subject to satisfactory inspection.

Having returned from my holiday at this fabulous villa I felt it only right to share my experience with others. The villa is all that is advertised and more, very clean, spacious and with everything we would want from a holiday home, from relaxing on the balcony whilst watching the sun set to putting our feet up on the sofa with a glass of wine in hand listening to soothing music in the background we had everything we needed. This holiday felt like home in the sun and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to any of my friends and family and I cant wait to book to go again next year.
