Luxury Accommodation Brand New, Completed early 2007. Luxuriously Furnished and equipped to cater for a maximum of 6 persons. Residential 'Font Santa' is a unique new development of luxury houses on a secure gated complex, making it ideal as a safe retreat. Located in the heart of the Orba Valley, in the beautiful village of Sagra, these stylish properties are on two levels with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a WC; Lounge, diner, separate kitchen and private South facing patio. Font Santa is further enhanced by a shared Swimming pool and private under ground parking spaces. There is also car parking space at the front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, digital ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron are also provided in the utility area, which also houses the electric hot water boiler.A full set of linen and towels are provided for our guests use -although please bring your own beach towels

The rates listed are not set in stone. We are very flexible with dates and minimum stays. Feel free to contact us with your requirements.

We require a deposit of £100.00 to secure the property. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before departure. if the booking is made less than 6 weeks before departure the full amount must be paid to secure the property. A security bond of £350.00 is also payable prior to arrival at the house and will be refunded when the house has been checked for damages.

Please leave the house in the condition you found it. Place all dirty laundry in the bath including sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Valley of Oranges
Sagra is located deep in the heart of The Valle De Orba (Or Valley of Oranges) is quite simply one of the most popular inland destinations in Spain. It can be reached either by the A-7 highway or the N-332 national road, which I would recommend using. The national road really gives you the kind of holiday feeling as it leads you to Sagra along the coastline up from Alicante. The property is very popular with WALKERS/RAMBLERS due to its fantastic location. The area also boast some fantastic CYCLING routes.
Local Attractions and Festivals
Through out the year The Valley De Orba boasts many Spanish festivals including bull runs. Sagra is set Within the heart of the Valley, and one can truly experience a true Spanish feel to your holiday. Sagra offers a relaxing holiday close to an unspoiled beach where the sound of sea birds and the gentle lapping of the waves makes this a tranquil paradise unlike the typical Spanish resort holiday. If you are happy with the local amenities and the comprehensive selection of restaurants within reasonable walking distance then a car is not essential for your holiday, but to fully appreciate what the area has to offer, then a hire car can provide the key to the regions glorious treasures. There is a bus service to the nearest towns of Denia and Javia, with the night-life of Benidorm and Calpe just a 30 minute drive away. The Costa Blanca coastline is world famous for its excellent beaches and golfing facilities. However, there is so much more to do than just bask in the sun.
Car Hire/Flights
For details of low cost airlines that fly into both Alicante & Murcia Airports, we recommend using the flight checker facility at skyscanner. This site checks most of the most popular budget airlines in one simple search (including; BMI Baby, Ryanair, FlyBe, British Airways, Easyjet, Excel Airways & Jet2.com). Please note that we are happy to receive bookings for arrivals and departures on any day to allow you to take advantage of the cheapest flights around. Tip; Use the Skyscanner monthly search facility to find the cheapest flights available. We would highly recommend hiring a car to fully take advantage of all the fantastic sites and endless list of things to do on the Costa Blanca. For car hire, we find that DoYouSpain always seem to offer the lowest prices for this part of Spain. They act as a broker for a number of car hire companies, allowing you to reserve a vehicle online and pay for it locally when you pick it up.
Skiing Information:
There are some pistes at Valdelinares and Javalambre resorts in the mountains above Teruel. This is approx 2 hours drive away. To allow you to plan your break, all of the above information can be provided prior to your stay upon completion of your booking request.
Golf Information:
There are several golf courses in the area the nearest being 15 mins from the house just outside Denia. La Sella, Oliva and Javea golf courses are all approximately 20 minute drive. La Sella Golf Course at the 5 Star Marriott Hotel, is an exceptionally beautiful, scenic and peaceful 18 hole golf course with great dining facilities. The house is especially well located at the mid point of the golfing Mecca. Here, you will find easy access to the local courses, with an even greater choice being available via the nearby motorway network.
