Fantastic location: 10 minutes from Disney, 4 minutes from old town (restaurants, plenty to do and see etc), 20 minutes from Universal Studios, 12 minutes from Seaworld and International Drive. Ideal location for shoppers - within 20 minutes of Florida Mall, Premium Outlet, Premier Outlet and many more. There are 3 water parks within 20 minutes, 3 golf courses within 5 minutes and not forgetting crazy golf for the 'kids'. Clearwater and Cocoa Beach are convenient to get to. Accommodation: very light and spacious, open plan living and dining area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe (space for all your shopping), the second bedroom, a double, also has a walk in wardrobe and the third bedroom is a twin room with a large wardrobe. The living room has two very comfortable settees, cable TV and VCR for that quiet night in. Outside the front door are tennis & volleyball courts, swimming pool, jacuzzi, bbq area and clubhouse.

Great value in a quiet location - out the back was a pretty lake with native plants and wildlife, including frogs and strange looking birds, but not gators! Bright and airy. Basic linen and kitchen utensils, but all clean. Tennis, basketball, pool, billiard table, and volleyball court were good. Clubhouse staff very helpful, and free coffee before noon. Has food so if you arrive without and fancy basic snack then it is open 9am - 10pm. Lots of leaflets in clubhouse for ideas of things to do. Top things to do - Universal, WetnWild, Capones Dinner show (hilarious and fantastic value with voucher - look for one), Pirate Cove golf (off I4), Old town Kissammee on bike night (thursdays) or saturdays (car night), and karting great fun there......., Celebration to see the fab mansions (walk to side of lake and see footpath round back of hotel), Daytona beach, and Airboat ride at Cypress Creek..

The Condo is located in a good place, in the mid of the 192, that is very nice because is near to all. The property was clean, but my wife have to laundry the pillows covers. The Owner provided a great customer service and emailed me all the time asked me about our stay. Was a great experience and we did it again. Thanks a lot.
