Self- catering accommodation for the discerning holidaymaker, this modern, sunny & private south-facing villa has a large terraced area and private garden area with wonderful views over the Atlantic ocean, and the Deserts Islands. Superbly equipped for 2 up to 8 guests, this villa was finished in October 2005 and it has its entire “useful” area in one ground floor, with extra facilities on as internal “Mezzanine”. The ground floor accommodates 2-6 guests in comfort and privacy in its 3 rooms, all with in suite bathroom; the main room has a complete bathroom with tub, with walk-in dressing room. A luxurious lounge/diner area with extensive French windows leading out to the terrace and with a fantastic view over the Atlantic. Upstairs on a internal “Mezzanine” with a “chill out” area with access to the kitchen top where you can view all the house surroundings and have even more stunning views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it is very modern.

For the sub aquatic enthusiasts, the Garajau coast line offers one of Europe's first underwater nature reserves.

  • A 30% deposit must be paid to secure the booking and is none refundable after 6 weeks prior to arrival. The balance must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival no reminders of none payment will be sent. Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival must be paid in full. Payments can be made in Sterling or Euros by bank transfer. On departure day the villa must be vacated by 12 am .

Villa Santos

We had a very relaxing holiday at Villa Santos. The property is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. A welcome pack was provided on arrival that was very thoughtful. The villa was cleaned thoroughly during our stay and the owner was very helpful but completely unintrusive. The pool and barbecue area are more spacious than they appear on the photographs and the views are stunning from the terraces. The small town of Canico is within walking distance and has some really good restaurants - we would recommend A Lareira for its excellent food, friendly service and reasonable prices. There is also a good supermarket and shops. The villa's situation is excellent for the airport (we could watch planes land but there was no noise disturbance at all) and for Funchal. There is also a fabulous sandy beach at Prainha - just the other side of Santa Cruz, where the swimming is glorious.Having never visited Madeira before, we were very impressed and would definitely return.

Lovely Modern Villa

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The pool and outside area are great also execpt the pool is really quite cold, and didn't seem to warm up. The owners are lovely people and very helpful with anything we needed.

I reccomend you stay here, the local restaurant about 1 minute walk down the road was great, lovely people and food!

Great for family and friends!

What a great island Madeira is, the people are great, the food is fantastic, and the weather UAU !! The villa was fabulous, the neighbors were kind and even gave us some home made Madeira wine!! We have everything we needed, the kitchen is great, we can cook and talk to everybody, we really had a great time.
Our 4 years old baby boy started swimming in Madeira, so we have great memories of it and will for sure return. We really recommend this Villa, it is near and far at the same time!
Owner's Response: What a beautifull Island Madeira is indeed!! And of course we want to share the good things with the ones we care and love, so happy that our guest share it with all of us.

More than words can tell!! The villa was a lot more beautiful and comfortable than we expected, we arrived late but when we got to the villa a nice basket with a snack for all of us was prepared. Thank you!
We were a group of 8 persons, and a friend came to join us for a couple of days. The owner, was so helpful taking care of an extra bed and bedlinen for him, no extra charge. Everything was nice and clean, the swimming pool of course had some leaves but there's a person that takes care of it every week, brilliant.
We simply loved it, such nice evenings at the barbecue, beautiful moonlight!! Thank you again!

What a great house, with the most amazing views and everything you could need for a great holiday provided.
