Welcome to Aiya Napa renown the world over for its various themed clubs and bars, not to mention taverns and restaurants to an abundance, located 5 minutes from the square with its yearly run gatherings and festivals and the Venetian Monestary is also here dating back to the 1500's. The coast and sea are within 5 minutes stroll and the Harbour with various restaurants and bars is along the paths on the coastline only a 10 minutes walk. A car, goped or Quadbike are excellent ways to venture further , Protaras is only 10 mins away with Fig Tree Bay. Nissi Beach is 1.5km's and Paralimni 11km. There is a nature reserve along the coast road with spectacular views of the land and Mediterranean Sea leading to Cape Greco. In the winter months its reasonable to be able to enjoy both skiing in the troodos Mountains and the mild weather at the coast within a few hours of each other this year the weather was 22 degrees on Christmas eve. 10 days of rain a year (approx) friendly people and good food

  • These are large studio's completed and fully furnished in 09/08 they have balconies where smoking is permitted. The properties are idealy suited for couples/small families although up to 4 individual people could stay, there is a temporary camping type single bed in both units to assist with this. Should 4 single people stay there will be a charge for over occupancy. The weekly rent on this basis (4 single people) is increased by £100.00 to the rental figures for each season. Any questions please ask. The units both have Air conditioning installed which use is included within the rental costs, however the meters are read prior to arrival and again on leaving, use is moniterd and any over usage will be deducted from the deposits taken before it is returned. All windows and doors need to be keeped closed when used and is an instant use benefit to the studios taking only a few minuets to make them cool even on the hot days.
