The villa is very private, set in wonderfully spacious gardens enclosed by fully-grown hedges with large areas of shaded and immaculately-kept lawn. Well-developed with mature palm, mimosa, fruit and fir trees and filled out with oleander and hibiscus bushes, the garden also has a 10mx4m pool with natural stone surrounds and roman steps, and an attractive rock-garden with a waterfall feature at one end. There is also a BBQ area with traditional Moorish-style Mosaic tiling.

Notes to the rental rates

• Booking requests should be made by telephone or email. A deposit of 25% of the rental payment is required to secure a reservation. The balance plus an additional 300-pound security deposit is payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. The security deposit will be returned within a few days of the property being checked after it has been vacated.
  The rental charges include cleaning prior to arrival, electricity and water. Linen and towels are provided, but visitors are asked to provide their own beach towels.
  For winter lets, a supplement will be charged for the use of the central heating by arrangement with the owner.

Golf Information:

There are two golf courses within twenty minutes' drive of Casa Lovina. One is attached to the Marriot Hotel on the road to Denia just past Jesus Pobre village, and the other is Club de Golf La Sella on the Benitachell road. Both have excellent facilities, most of which are available to non-members.
