Los Altos holiday apartment: Dream Hills

We had a really good holiday. The apartment for the price was excellent. The only problem we had was unable to rent a car for the time we were there which would have been beneficial in order to explore the surrounding areas.

We used the bus services to go to the beach and to go to Torrejevca (sorry probably spelt that wrong!!).

The only thing for us was that the area itself did not feel very Spanish. Met lots of ex-pats and all the cafe's and restaurants were run mostly by the English and therefore the food available was mostly what you can get in the UK. We would definitely recommend Christina's excellent pizza's and cocktails!!

The only other thing I would say is that the supermarket Consume probably takes about 20-25 mins to get to when walking and uphill for most of the time but would probably only take 5 mins in the car.

I would recommend this property to a relative/friend but would advise on hiring a car as not a lot to do there except the use of the swimming pool.

Karen the owner of the property was fab - she kept in contact via e-mail before the holiday and answered all the queries that I had.

Overall this property is well recommended, there are 2 pools to choose from both within a few minutes walk of the property and even though we went at the height at the season, the pools were never over-crowded,there was a pool attached to the large one for babies/toddlers, they were permanently manned with lifeguards and therefore child friendly.
