Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are for the property per week in euros. Long term winter rates (4+ weeks) are available at 500 euros per week from 1 November 2007 - 14 March 2008. We accept bank transfer, bank drafts and personal cheques. We accept payment with Pay pal - Visa, Master Card, 3V and American Express - a 3.9% fee applies. Heating/air conditioning is 35 Euro per week. Security deposit of €300 against accidental breakages is required. Property will be inspected prior to arrival and departure. Once weekly linen and towel change plus light clean.
  Any extra cleaning is optional and paid directly to cleaner at local rate of 6 euros per hour. Special offer - 10% discount on September & October prices.
  
• Prices are based on 8 person occupancy. We require 30% of the total price as a deposit, to be paid within 2 weeks of reservation. The balance is due up to 8 weeks before arrival.
