Recently furnished large spacious new detached villa with uninterrupted sea views. The villa has a private 6 x 3m pool and terraces all around the property offering shade and sun all day. Spectacular views from the living room, generous main bedroom terrace and the large roof terrace, reaching far over the beach island and lagoons of the Ria Formosa nature reserve. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, Sky free-view channels, 32” LCD TV, Broadband, DVD and CD player. Spacious, light rooms and comfortable furniture make for a pleasant stay after sunny days spent on the beach! Tavira is 7km away and Faro 15km away, good access to reach motorway for water parks, airport and day trips further a field. Amongst the selection of many beautiful beaches this part of the Algarve has to offer, Fuzeta beach is a sure family favourite. Being only 1km from the villa, Fuzeta is easily reached and comprises a tidal river bordered with colourful fishing boats and pavement cafes. Fuzeta has all amenities including traditional Portuguese restaurants, pubs, café shops and shops. Moncarapacho and the hills lie north of the villa. Roman remains can be visited in the nearby village of Estoi. Large water fun parks are encountered on the main road towards west Algarve, about 60 minutes away. Take the train and visit all the beautiful places the Eastern Algarve has to offer, including the towns of Tavira, Olhao and Faro.

  • Prices are for the property per week in Euros. Long term winter rates available. We accept bank transfer, bank drafts and personal cheques. We accept payment with Pay Pal - Visa, Master Card, 3V and American Express - a 4% fee applies. Heating/air conditioning is included. Pay as you go broadband available. Security deposit of €300 against accidental breakages is required. Property will be inspected prior to arrival and departure. Once weekly linen and towel change plus light clean.
  • Prices are based on 8 person occupancy. We require 30% of the total price as a deposit, to be paid within 2 weeks of reservation. The balance is due up to 8 weeks before arrival. We will acknowledge arrival of funds by email and on payment of the balance, up to 8 weeks prior to arrival.
