A spacious 2 bedroom self catering apartment with a communal pool

This apartment is situated within a complex with a communal swimming pool. The communal pool is a suntrap from dawn to dusk. The sun loungers are also provided. The changing rooms are situated under the pool. There is sea view from the balcony of the property where you can enjoy having your lunch/dinner/tea. Patio furniture is provided for use in the balcony. The apartment is spacious with 2 big bedrooms with closets, all the required linen, duvets etc. Decent size bathroom. It has a through Kitchen/comfortable Living Room which accommodates a TV/DVD Player, Ironing Board, Iron, a Dining Table with four chairs, all the necessary utensils, cutlery, glassware, a washing machine, fridge/freezer. Close to the apartment are the bakery, newsagent , supermarket, bus stop, the parlimini town centre. Short walks lead you to the local beaches. Local restaurants and fish taverns provide night life. Lots of historical archaeological sites, museums to visit. Troodou mountains are a must to drive up. Can ski at certain times of the year. Ayna Napa is also famous for Night-life, which is only 15 minutes drive away from the apartment. . Farmagusta is called a ghost town which can be visited by crossing the border to North Cyprus. If sightseeing is not fancied just a very relaxing holiday can be experienced. All the amenities near by. Driving is very easy. UK Law applies. Hiring car can be arranged. 4 wheeled buggies or scooters can be hired at local places. Lots of Natural Trails for hikers. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Lots of fresh seasonal fruits available. LOTS TO DO. JUST CANNOT GET BORED. Beaches are not too far away. couple of beaches are in Kapparis which is only 10 min drive. There is one at Agia Tria which is about 5 min drive away from the apartment.

Bedroom 1 has a dressing table with a stool, and has a sea view on the right side of the window. Bedroom 2 has two bedside tables with a long mirror inside the closet, and has a view of the swimming pool. Both the bedrooms are spacious and airy and receive sunshine.

Notes:

There is a outdoor shower near the swimming pool. Clothes airer and pegs are provided. A hoover is also provided. Tea towels, Hand towels are provided. The bakery across the road sells the most scrumptious desserts. The holiday complex means you can have privacy but at the same time there is no loneliness feeling. The transport by bus at every approx 20 minutes from 9am to 12 noon, every 30 min from 12 noon to 4pm, every 20min from 4pm to 6pm and then every hour from 6pm to 11pm. The Sunday service am to 11pm every hour therefore it is very convenient. The fare is 1.35 euros. Bus nos are 1 and 4. Nevertheless hiring of a car makes it easy for sightseeing. The town of Parlimni is about 10 minutes away, where there is lots of different shops including two supermarkets.
