Villa Helena is a beautiful four bedroom villa situated in a quiet area of Malhao overlooking countryside with sea view. The Villa is 4kms from the town of Tavira and 27kms from Faro airport. The villa consists of two double en-suite bedrooms and two twins. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and balconies with three overlooking the swimming pool. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a family cloakroom downstairs where one of the double en-suite bedrooms is situated. There is a large dining room, beautiful large lounge with satellite TV, also overlooking the swimming pool . Extremely large kitchen with all modern facilities leading to laundry room with dishwater and automatic washing machine. Outside there is a 10 x 5mtr swimming pool with patio and BBQ area, shower and toilet room. Villa Helena is a new construction completed in January 2003 situated in 6000square metres of land and is furnished and decorated to a high standard.

Four bedroom villa just 7kms to Tavira, 25 minute drive to Spain, close to six golf courses in the unspoilt Eastern Algarve. The Algarve has beaches of golden sand along the entire length of the coastline.There are several typical Portuguese restaurants and bars in the area. Tavira has many varied restaurants bars and shops, a daily fish/meat & vegetable market (not Sundays) and supermarkets which stay open until 8.00pm.
