Domaine de Palatz is a renovated old Bergerie on the edge of the village of Laure Minervois near Carcassonne which offers luxurious accommodation for Bed and Breakfast and self-catering gites with pool. Carcassonne Airport is about 20 kilometres from us and the Medieval Cite. We are located in the heart of the wine growing area of the Minervois, close to the Canal du Midi and the Cathar Castles. In the Aude Department of the Languedoc Roussillon Region. The three cottages / gites have been tastefully renovated and furnished, yet retain their rustic charm, complete with modern appliances. This property also comprises of 3 bed and breakfast rooms each also offering its own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned.We also offer free coffee and tea facilities. Situated in 25 acres of unspoiled land and vineyards.

Carcassonne is a world heritage site with plenty to see and do including festivals in the city. (5th to 30th of July).
