The villa stands on the steep, olive clad hillside beside Krouzeri, at the northern end of Nissaki, in a wonderful location offering privacy and panoramic sea views plus easy access to the beach and tavernas below. Set in large grounds with indigenous flowers and shrubs as well as fruit and olive trees, a five minute walk down a rough hill path leads to the beach with excellent swimming, water sports, boat hire and a couple of sea side tavernas. All the balconies and terraces, but especially the pool terrace, enjoy the sea views. The villa has undergone extensive refurbishment over the last few years. Further improvements are planned on the main level for 2008, as the garden level studio was totally renovated in 2007.
