The beaches range from the most wonderful sandy beaches to small rocky coves. Ten minutes drive is the bustling town of Torrevieja, a water theme park, bowling, cinema, go-karting and lots more!! Tennis, horse riding, water sports etc can all be found locally.A short drive away can be found many interesting places to visit, old towns and villages, safari parks and lovely drives up into the mountains where caves can be visited

Notes to the rental rates

• Xmas, New Year and Easter are £210 a week
  To secure a booking, we will require a 20% non refundable booking fee. Then 8 weeks before travel we would require the remaining monies to be paid in full (including a £35 fee for local cleaning)
  On arrival you would be met at the apartment by a representative who will hand over the keys, show you the apartment and answer any questions you may have. You would be required to pay them 20 euros on arrival for this service.
  A key/damages deposit of £100, cash only, will also be taken on arrival, and returned in full following return of all keys and departure inspection
  
• The main person must be 25 years of age.
  
• Welcome packs can be arranged. Please ask for details.
