This beautiful ground floor apartment has a comfortable lounge/dining area with sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet bath/shower and bidet. One double bedroom and one twin bedded room both with fitted wardrobes. The Florida Golf complex is on the golfers paradise of Villamartin with three championship golf courses all with good social as well as playing facilities. There are several Blue Flag beaches ten minutes drive from the apartment all with beach bars and children's play equipment. The beaches range from the most wonderful sandy beaches to small rocky coves. Ten minutes drive is the bustling town of Torrevieja, a water theme park, bowling, cinema, go-karting and lots more!! Tennis, horse riding, water sports etc can all be found locally.A short drive away can be found many interesting places to visit, old towns and villages, safari parks and lovely drives up into the mountains where caves can be visited

Florida Golf is in the middle of Campamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin golf courses. It is 45mins drive south from Alicante airport and 25 mins north of Murcia. Torrevieja is 15 minutes drive away and the nearest beach is only 10 minutes drive. It is central to so many things to do and see! Mountain drives, sunbathing on beach, shopping in the local markets or shops, water sports, golf. An ideal location whatever your ideal holiday is!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Xmas, New Year and Easter are £210 a week
    To secure a booking, we will require a 20% non refundable booking fee. Then 8 weeks before travel we would require the remaining monies to be paid in full (including a £45 fee for local cleaning)
    On arrival you would be met at the apartment by a representative who will hand over the keys, show you the apartment and answer any questions you may have. You would be required to pay them 20 euros on arrival for this service.
    A key/damages deposit of £100, cash only, will also be taken on arrival, and returned in full following return of all keys and departure inspection
  • The main person must be 25 years of age.
  • Welcome packs can be arranged. Please ask for details.

Notes: Although there is only comfortable seating for 3-4 on settee and four dining chairs, there is extra seating available by using the garden chairs with cushions supplied. For your in-house entertainment there is a television that receives many sky English channels, a video and DVD player. Also CD/radio cassette player, games and cards are also supplied. There is a fully equipped kitchen, ironing board, iron, hair-dryer etc. A book is available with details of local beaches, restaurants, taxi services and places to visit. For security there is also a safe and all windows and doors are fitted with grills. The pool area has a separate children's area and is manned by a life guard during July and August.

Villamartin Plaza is 20 minutes walk where there is a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
