Bayview Villa is ideally located for a family holiday being just 150m from the nearest pebbly beach and 3km from the sandy beach at Lovrecina Bay. It comprises 4 self contained apartments which sleep 10+6 persons in total and has large gardens and terraces for relaxing and sunbathing, as well as each apartment having a balcony for outdoor dining. The upper floor sleeps 4+4 persons. It has 2 x 1 bed apartments each comprising double bedroom, living/dining room with double sofabed, kitchen and shower room. Each apartment has a balcony with fabulous seaviews. The ground floor sleeps 6+2 persons. It has 1 x 2-bed apartment and 1 x 1-bed apartment with an inter-connecting door. Apt 3 has a large dining to seat 8 and Apt 4 has a living room. Both apts have a full kitchen and bathroom. The apartments have 2 balconies and a large terrace plus garden to the side. The other garden area and sunbathing terrace are accessed via a short flight of stairs from all apartments.

Postira is a small place situated in the northern part of the island, in between places of Splitska and Pucisca. Well indented shore with numerous bays is as much attractive to accidental passers by, strangers and tourists as to local people. The beaches are sandy and pebbled; the cliffs by the sea are mostly pleasant for walking... Postira has an old core in the centre and new suburbs in Prvja, Zastivanje and Mala Lozna. The place expands more and more to the west and to the east. New-built modern houses do not disturb the natural balance in the pinewoods. There is charm in the old centre as well, in the mosaic tiled streets, narrow lanes, uphills and downhills, detached old houses and hidden gateways....

No matter if you are arriving by car or by aeroplane, you need to reach the city of Split on the Adriatic coast. When you arrive in Split, head to Split ferry port from where there are frequent car ferries to Brac island, town of Supetar. The ferry company's name is JADROLINIJA and their offices for ferry ticket purchase are at the terminal. The ferry ticket price in one direction is approx. 30 € for a car and the driver, any extra person ticket is approx. 5€. When in Supetar, you will be greeted in the Brac island office of Dalmatian Property Management. After making the reservation of a property for your holiday, you will receive a direction sheet with photos on how to find the office.

Dalmatian Property Management office in Supetar will supply photo directions on how to get to the property, the keys of the property and all information’s about region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. In a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help and at your service throughout your stay in one of the properties we manage.
