A beautiful fully air-conditioned villa with superb views over the hills and backdrop of Moraira.The villa is in an ideal situation being close to the old fishing town of Moraira and with beaches,supermarket/shops,golf,bars and restaurants nearby.The spacious villa was recently totally refurbished with new kitchen and bathrooms and is fitted and well furnished to a high standard sleeping 10 people (plus cots) comfortably.There are 5 bedrooms(all air con),2 doubles 1 with en-suite bathroom and 1 with en-suite shower room also 3 twin bedrooms plus family bathroom with shower facilities and a separate shower room and separate wc downstairs.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,fridge/freezer fan assisted oven. Buenavista benefits from satellite tv and central heating. The villa is set in a large plot with a well stocked and mature garden including orange and lemon trees and palms.There is ample terracing around the large private pool and BBQ area.

Ideal for families

Moraira has several beaches suitable for children with lovely children-friendly restaurants and bars nearby and right in the main town centre. On the outskirts of the town there is a Go Kart track which is a favourite for teenagers. There is an old castle on the waterfront and a children's play area behind the main beach. There are many local festivals which are celebrated with a great deal of vigour... spectacular fireworks, costumed parades, etc
