Wake up to a view of one of Provence's beautiful villages. Cotignac is within 500 M of the peaceful exclusive Provençal style development of Le Hameau Notre Dame situated on the edge of the village. The house is tastefully furnished for absolute holiday comfort and relaxation and over looks a quiet secluded Swimming Pool that is shared by the other 9 apartments. There are excellent restaurants and pavement cafe's in the village as well as a good variety of shops all within walking distance. The weekly Tuesday Market is not to be missed. Weekly rate 400 to 825 EURO 4 guests ,add 100 EURO for 6 guests

  • The apartment rental rate is for one week for four guests,please add 100 EURO person per week for five / six guests. A deposit of 50% is required on booking. The balance is due six weeks before arrival together with a security / breakage deposit of £400 payable by cheque which is fully refunded 7 days after departure providing the apartment is left in good order and the key returned. Any breakages will be deducted from the security / breakage deposit. Internet / direct payments are accepted, please contact the owner for banking details.
    Any bank charges incurred are for the renters account.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in kiener Wohnanlage mit gemeinsam genutztem Pool. Wohnung ist geräumig und gut möbliert. Vermieter sind aus England aber Kontakt und finanzielle Abwicklung lief problemlos. Ort ist sehr malerisch, mit Wochenmarkt und essenzieller Infrastruktur. Nächsten grösserer Supermarkt ist ca 20 mit entfernt, Badessee (Lac d´Esperron) 30 min, Meer (Nähe Toulon) 1:20 h.

Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen.
