Notes to the rental rates

• The above rental rates are per week with special rates available for stays of three weeks or more, please contact us for details. The minimum rental period is one week with the exception of Easter and Christmas at which time it is two weeks. A booking deposit is required of £150 per week at the time of booking with the balance due eight weeks prior to departure.
  
• The above rental charges are inclusive of all electricity, water, air conditioning, local telephone calls, cable television, refuse collection, local and State taxes. The villa will be cleaned prior to and after your stay. Also all linens and towels are provided for both internal and pool use. The pool has solar heating with the option of electric heating available at an additional cost. The Villa is available for occupation from 4.00p.m. (local time) on the day of arrival with departure at 10 a.m. (local time) on the day of departure.
  
• The Villa is registered with the Florida State Tourist Authority and the largest property management company on the Gulf Coast, who ensure that the property is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. They are always available locally to assist you and ensure that you have a trouble free holiday in Fort Myers.
