Punta Prima:
The area known as Punta Prima is just a short distance south of the busy little fishing town of Torrevieja. Punta Prima now has a new shopping complex incorporating an upper level where you will find some great places to eat either traditional Spanish food or English food in some very tasteful restaurants. There ia a good sized supermarket on the ground floor.
Alternatively you may like to eat right on the beach in the lovely Punta Prima restaurant which has a reputation for good food and an atmosphere to put you in the holiday mood. All these places are really walking distance to ensure that you do not need a car. Let us collect you from the airport and deliver you directly to 'your holiday'
Local Area:
Torrevieja is a bustling town based on an old fishing village. It has all the amenities needed for eating, drinking, shopping & generally having fun in the sun!
Outside are numerous bars, pubs, and restaurants on the sea front and around the fabulous marine area..
The water park in Torrevieja is a favourite attraction for families & younger visitors. There are several Go-Kart tracks in the area, which are excellent fun & entertainment for all ages.
A little further afield is the renowned resort of Benidorm which now has some great resorts and theme parks.
For Golfers Villamartin Championship Golf Course, with its abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers is a challenging course for players of all abilities. If that was not enough to tempt the golfers, within 10 mins drive there are two more! Las Ramblas, which is a stunning, but short course and is most challenging. High trees, natural fairways and ravines feature strongly in this memorable course.
The Costa Blanca:
The 'white coast' is famous for its wonderful climate, all year round. Even the Spanish claim that local inhabitants live up to 10 years longer than in the rest of Spain! It is named after the wonderful almond blossom that is the first of the year and is a beautiful sight in January through to March.
Facilities have improved dramatically in the last few years, particularly with the addition of motorway routes directly into the area & the growth of excellent, all-year round, golf clubs.
