Sleeps 2/4. Built in 2007, this 2 bedroom apartment overlooks Cala d'Or Marina and is situated in the El Puerto1 complex complete with a communal pool. Exclusive use of the sun terraces with great views. 5 mins walk to Cala d'Or Marina and 10 mins walk to the nearest beach. 20 mins walk into town. 10 mins to Vall d'Or golf. There are a number of beaches with the nearest being only a 10 min walk away. The town has a great range of shops and a large selection of restaurants plus there are many great restaurants around the marina all with great views. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and driving is not essential, as all amenities are within walking distance and there is a bus and train stop outside the apartments complete with timetables. There is a superb golf course, 10 mins in a car. Diving is available locally as is power and sail boat chartering. The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning and exclusive use of the sun terraces.

The El Puerto complex, is situated in the beautiful town of Cala d'Or. It’s just a 5 min walk from Cala d'Or marina and a 20 min walk into the town. Bookings that are cancelled 8 weeks prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund, 4-7 weeks will receive a 20% refund and less than 3 weeks will not receive a refund.
Please note: A 200 euros security deposit is required on the apartment at the time of booking. This will be fully refunded on return of the key and confirmation of no damage.
