This luxury apartment is situated in a quiet residential location a short distance from the facilities in Kapparis and Paralimni. Kapparis is an up and coming resort in a charming coastal area where a string of small hidden coves with beaches lie at the base of limestone cliffs. Some of the beaches have strictly controlled water sport facilities and the blue flag EEC award. It enjoys a variety of all year round facilities to appeal to most holidaymakers. For example; restaurants which serve locally grown foods and freshly caught fish , however modern western foods such as pizzas and pasta is also available ,a large supermarket and 24 hour bakery,all sports events shown in all local bars on giant screens. The local population are friendly and welcoming, English is widely spoken and all street and shop signs are in English too. Driving is on the left as in the UK.Cyprus has the best climate in the Med, the lowest crime rate in Europe,and high quality medical services. See you soon!

  • Non refundable deposit of 30% of total cost required at time of booking. Remaining balance due 6 weeks before departure. In addition ,with the remaining balance we will require a Security Deposit of £200 which will be returned once the property agent in Cyprus has checked the apartment and informed us there is no damage breakages etc. Please note this deposit is to cover damage to furniture, lost keys, breakages etc.

Notes: The apartment is accessible by elevator and staircase and enjoys the benefit of allocated undercover parking in close proximity.The balcony has a round glass topped patio table and four matching metal and bamboo effect chairs.There are comfortable poolside sunbeds,umbrellas and a shaded area close to the separate childrens pool and changing facilities including showers and disabled toilets. Exploring!: The roads on Cyprus are of a good standard and are often surrounded by picturesque countryside and panoramic views making exploring seem inviting and exciting: for those looking for history/retail therapy in the form of Ikea and designer shops Nicosia is the place for you. Less than two hours drive away.

Paphos and the Troodos mountains, the port of Limassol and trips to Egypt and Lebanon by boat are all within your grasp.

Relax closer to home!: Famugusta (In Turkish occupied Cyprus) can be seen from the balcony and is only 20 mins drive away. Cape Greco National Park is the southernmost part of the island. A landscape of cliffs, sea coves and water with depths of around 6 metres ideal for snorkelling and diving. Dont forget to experience the stunning sunsets! Kokkinohoria 'the red villages' so called due to the rich mineral content of the soil, still continue with traditions such as basket weaving as well as agriculture.The more cosmopolitan resorts of Proteras and Ayia Napa are within 15 mins drive and may also be accessed by bus. The former is very family orientated with attractions such as the Ocean Aquarium , Luna Park and Magic Dancing Waters Show as well as beautiful sandy beaches. Ayia Napa has traditionally been associated with lively night-life it is also home to a historic monastery, the waterpark, a traditional harbour, weekend markets ,paved coastal walks and beaches with shallow turquoise sea.

The Apartment benefits from the support of a local Property management company owned by a British couple should you require assistance during your stay. There is also an information pack in the accommodation which explains use of the air con, Satellite TV and electrical appliances. As your safety is important to us we have provided a Fire Blanket in the kitchen, for use in the unlikely event of a fire.

please note there are a few steps down to the apartment after exiting the elevator which is very close to the property and the car parking , only for property number 2.

A Welcome Pack is included in the price which contains local produce.

Our stay in September 09 provided the relaxed rest in the sun that had been promised by the owner. we found the appartment to be all that had been promised and spotlessly clean. the complex itself is small and relatively quiet but with an excellent pool facility. the nearest facilities are a 10 minute walk away with a selection of bars and restaurants which, although somewhat limited due to the size of the place, offer friendly and good value services.I would recommend the property to like - minded folk who seek peace and quiet in the sun.

Lovely, new apartment in quiet location

Would definitely recommend and return. This new, apartment, situated in a quiet part of Kapparis is within easy walking distance of some excellent restaurants and bars. There are some pretty coves and beaches within 5 minutes walk. Towels and linen laid out; good shower and bathroom facilities; good set of utensils in kitchen as well as washing machine, cooker and large fridge/freezer; sofa bed and TV in lounge area; nice balcony with table and chairs. Excellent pool area with very comfortable sun loungers. We had a lovely week's holiday and can't wait to go back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
