Villa next to the beach!

Villa Sifalca is a wonderful house with a nice garden near the fantastic beach in Capo Rizzuto. The upper flat (that we rent) contains 3 large bedrooms, a modern kitchen, lounge, wc/bathroom with shower and a large terrace with a fantastic view over the sea. You reach the sandy beach and the crystalclear water by using stairs and a path without crossing any streets.

You have access to the garden, the shower in the garden, the washingmachine (in a separate room in the house that you reach from the garden) and a grill.

We (a family of two adults and three kids of 8,10 and 17 years old) really enjoy our visit at Capo Rizzuto in Villa Sifalca. The owner of the house was most helpful before and during our stay to make sure that we had a perfect holiday. We do really recommend Villa Sifalca.

Owner's Response: I was really delighted to have had the opportunity to rent my property to Helene and her family. They are the tenants and the customers that a landlord could have ever wanted. They have been precise and they have been respectful in the house and with the other customers and neighbourhood. I do highly recommend Helen and her family and I wish next year there will be the opportunity to meet them again.

After a long drive (from Austria) did we find the house not by a street number, we recognised the wonderful setting (garden and house.
After our 6th year of substituting our tent with a bungalow, we finally found the perfect one! Everything is in perfect condition, no unexpected pets, no funghus, plenty of dishes and pans, a comfortable bathroom, nice bedrooms, we (6) all slept very well - quiet neighborhood (except when italy is playing brasil), tv with cabletv.
Nearby are cornetterias, creperias, super/minimarkets, historical sights, great routes for joggers, warm water.
The next bigger town is within 10 minutes and crotone is 20 minutes carway. It was very quiet (June) but everything was available.
The hostfamily was nice and always trying to support us at the best.
Beach is 5 to 10 minutes away, fine sand, some opportunities to scubadive and there are beachbars too.
All in all, a perfect vacation, my personal highlights were: The garden, the hammock, the quietness, the cornetterias and the beach!
