Brand new self-catering modern rental with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped to highest standards. On the ground floor overlooking pool area. See also 2 bed apartments in same complex ref 92578. The apartments are in a secure gated complex and is safe for kids. There is a choice of two communal pools. Minutes to blue flag beaches, also 10 minute stroll to Playa Flamenca commercial centre with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The apartments are ideally suited for families or couples honeymooning. Also ideal for golfing holidays. There are plenty of things to do and see such as go-karting, horse-riding, water sports, aqua park, plus much more. Visit the town of Torrevieja which has a beautiful marina with boat trips to local island. Also shops, bars, restaurants and a daily craft market along the promenade. Ideal for holiday makers that want to relax round the pool or on beach, or want an active holiday.

Close to many blue flag beaches and the Playa Flamenca commercial centre with many bars, shops and restaurants. 10 minute drive to 3 golf courses Villamartin, Campoamor and La Finca. Close to natural parks and salt lagoons where you can see hundreds of flamingos and a lot of wildlife. Many fiestas in the local towns and villages throughout the year. Large shopping centre on the outskirts of Torrevieja town. Close to supermarkets, shops and banks. Boat trips to local island and lots of water sports close by. This apartment is in an excellent location with all amenities for the perfect holiday. Only 25 minute drive from Murcia airport and 45 minute drive from Alicante.

The Terra Mitica theme park is only an hours drive away and there are boat trips to local Island of Tarbarca from Torrevieja marina

There is an open air market within 10/15 minutes walk of the rental every Saturday. Large variety of goods, leather, clothing, accessories toys, household items etc. and of course fruit and vegetables.
Golf Information:
There are 3 Championship Golf Courses nearby (within 20 minute drive). Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Campoamor.
Other Activities There are two communal pools in the complex. Go-karting, water park, water sports, horse riding etc

We stayed in the aparment with our 4 children aged between 7 and 16 and we all enjoyed it. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed for the duration of our stay. The welcome pack that was provided was very much appreciated as it meant we didn't need to go shopping that night. The location was great with the pubs/clubs/restaurants and supermarkets all in a five minute walk, also just 5 mins walk was a go kart track which catered for all ages was also good apart from it being a little expensive. We had a large patio area and the pool was just outside our garden gate which was also great. There was a very nice beach 10 mins walk away which was very clean and had a lifeguard, toilets and a bar which served food, the sea was very warm and great for children as it went in for quite a way before it got too deep.
Overall we all had a great time and we would definitley recommend it, and would not hesitate to return.
