Our villa has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday. It is a one-storey villa and consists of 3 bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin-bedded rooms and one additional bathroom. It has a typically open plan Spanish living and dining area and separate kitchen. It comes fully equipped with air conditioning throughout for those hot summer days and nights (or heating in the winter), a real log burning fire and radiators. The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, fitted electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is an extensive range of kitchen utensils
Enjoy your holiday out of doors:
Most of the time you will be relaxing outside by your private pool that is 8m x 4m in size. The deep end is deep enough to dive-in so take care if you have young children. There is a very large sun umbrella and plenty of sun loungers to relax on, as well as an outside table and chairs for 6 people for eating in the shade of the porch. If you fancy cooking outside, then a purpose built barbeque is located outside near the pool. The garden is landscaped with a range of local vegetation, and screened all round providing full privacy. There is space to park your car on the drive. To the front are orange, lemon and almond groves and to the rear and either side of us are other detached villa properties. Say hello to our neighbours on either side who are both really friendly.
Everything you could possibly need:
All the bedrooms have ample bed linen and towels, however you will need to bring your own beach and pool towels. The rental charge includes all electricity for cooking, washing, cooling, and laundry. There is no house landline telephone so it is recommended you bring your own mobile phone with you.. There are public payphones in the village of Pedreguer.
Pedreguer has a couple of small supermarkets, and a really useful 23/7 Prensa (paper shop). Better still there is a decent supermarket called Mas y Mas that is just 5 mins by car along the N-322 road towards Gata de Gorgos. Here you can buy all your requirements including English newspapers. Food and drink is inexpensive in Spain. There are a number of other supermarkets in Denia.
