    For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date, the total balance must be made to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are not allowed. However every effort will be made to relet the apartment. If fully successful, payment excluding deposit will be refunded.
  • A security deposit of £100 (GBP), in cleared fund, is payable at/before check in. This is refunded at or within ten working days of check out if no damage to property or content or excessive cleaning needs.
  • Discount usually available for bookings of up to two weeks. Please enquire.
