Superior 2 bed 2 bath 3rd floor apartment, lounge/ diner & American kitchen. available for holiday rentals in the sought after location of Punta Prima near Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. 40 minutes from Alicante airport & 20 minutes from Murcia airport. the apartment is furnished to a high standard as it is used by the owners, it has satellite t.v. & d.v.d. player. it is 300 metres to the sea & 200 metres to numerous shops & bars. there is a bus stop 100 metres away which will take you to the busy town of Torrevieja for 1 euro, a busy harbour town with a marina, lots of shops & restaurants, & a beautiful beach & promenade. the apartment is set in beautiful landscaped gardens within a gated community with 3 pools, & is protected with 24 hour manned CCTV cameras. it has hot & cold air conditioning. It is ideal for golfing as there are 3 golf course within 20 minutes & numerous within 30 to 45 minutes by car. It is a beautiful part of Spain.Cartagena & Orihuela are a short drive away.

It is also a pleasant walk of about 40 minutes along the coast to the beaches & the town of Torrevieja.

An absolutley fantastic apartment, the best we have stayed in, set in a beautiful complex. The gardens and pools were spotless.We had a very relaxing peaceful holiday and everything we needed was within walking distance, 2 mins from the beach,restaurants,supermarkets and only a short bus ride to Torrevieja.
We will definately recommend this to all our friends.

We had an excellent holiday, the appartment was very modern and spacious, the bars and resteraunts are all within a short walk as is the beach, the 3 swimming pools on the complex are very nice and are kept very clean and tidy.
It is situated close to all the major roads for easy travelling to the major towns like Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena. Torrevieja is also a short journey which can be made by the local bus which stops very close to the appartment.
All in all this is an excellent place for a holiday whether it be for the family with children or for adults wanting to see the local area.

Having lived in the area 18 months ago for a year, i wanted to take my partner to see the area and i knew Punta Prima was a fantastic location to be based. The apartment was excellent, all mod-cons, great balcony, and 3 pools on the complex. The beaches nearby are fantastic and great restaurants nearby. We drove to see many places aswel, from alicanta, torrevieja, down to la manga and murcia town.

All in all a fantastic apartment and a great location to see some of the great places costa blanca has to offer.

this appartment is very luxurious very clean, modern and spacious with a lovely big balcony The gardens and pools were spotless. everything we needed was within walking distance, 2 mins from the beach,restaurants,supermarkets
ideal for golfing lots of good golf courses around
three quiet pool areas with sun all day.
very well kept gardens
the complex is very secure
visited lots of places and all not to far away.

We had two weeks holiday in febr.2009 in this apartment, and enjoyed everyday of the nice environment with the nice gardens and pools.The apartment is very luxurious, very spacious and suitable for people with mobility restrictions
(you can rent a collapsable scootmobile at the HireCentre at the top of the street, so you can reach shops, restaurants,sea,,etc)
We can recomment this apartment for those who are looking for luxery in a relaxing surrounding.Maybe next year a little longer
