This spacious two-bedroom apartment has huge windows revealing stunning views down the valley. There are broad balconies facing south and east, great for sitting outside when its sunny, and a large open fire in the sitting room for if the weather turns bad. The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the Portes de Soleil ski area; only a few minutes walk from the Super-Morzine bubble and directly opposite a bus stop for two of the resorts main ski buses. The large master bedroom and the slightly smaller twin bedroom both have plenty of wardrobe space and open onto a balcony that surrounds the apartment. The spacious bathroom and separate WC is ideal for the morning, pre-skiing rush. The large sitting room also has a dining table and chairs and ample space for drying wet clothes by the fire. The sofas unfold to create one double and two single beds.

Second floor well appointed apartment just off road and with large balcony which gets the sun most of the day and with fantastic views. Supermarket and ski lifts only minutes walk away. Can also walk to some good restaurants. Property clean and spacious for two bed apartment. Would definitely consider using again and would recommend.

My husband and 15 year old daughter skied whilst I walked around some breathtaking countryside.

An excellent base for our long weekend mountain-biking in the local area. Clean, comfortable accommodation just 10 minutes walk from the centre plaza of Morzine.

Parking is off-road and there is secure storage for mountain bikes.

An ideal, no-frills base from which to explore Portes du Soleil.

As mentioned this place does what it says on the tin. A spacious property which actually can sleep 5/6 adults in comfort, unlike many where you get kids bunks.

Its not the most modern decor but if that doesn't bother you and you just want a good value base for your stay in Morzine this place perfect.

Well positioned for the Morzine gondola and the bus stop if you wish to travel further. Great views from the balcony of Nyon.

We have just spent a wonderful week at this comfortable and clean and well equipped apartment. It is nice and central within easy reach on foot to lifts, supermarket and restaurants but there is also a regular bus service for those who do not like to walk in skiboots. The balcony is in the sunshine until 4 pm and the view fantastic... very important if you want a days rest from skiing and sunbathe instead, The couple in charge were very helpful and procured our firewood (too heavy to carry) and also had our liftpasses ready and waiting. Morzine itself is very pretty and the skiing area vast. I would certainly recommend this property to a friend and would love to go there again myself. Our favourite places to eat were a small restaurant next to the Morzine bubble lift and also La Chamade.

excellent. does what it says on the tin (which many dont!)
spacious by many standards because of older design i guess. fire a boon if weather suits. great location near ski bus and super morzine bubble (although porte de soleil is a resort which really benefits from availability of a car if your party is large). owner easy to deal with and good local rep
