This spacious, modern, detached 4 bedroom villa, situated in a quiet residential area, has a private pool and barbecue area which, when combined with everything else the villa has to offer, makes it ideal for a self-catering summer rental holiday. Two en-suite bedrooms (each with its own balcony and sea views) are situated on the first floor. The two remaining bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and have joint access to the third bathroom. All bathrooms have bath, shower, toilet and bidet, Also on the ground floor is a large lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility room and toilet. The bedrooms, lounge and dining room all have direct access to tiled terraces which, in turn, have access to the pool area and mature gardens. The villa has a large private parking area which is accessed via electric gates. To ensure that you enjoy your self-catering holiday, as well as sunbathing around the pool, the villa has a large-screen TV with Sky, DVD player and Hi-Fi.

If you are looking for a self-catering villa holiday on the Algarve, this spacious 4-bedroom Villa is ideally situated. Set in the quiet residential area of Patroves to the west of Albufeira, it is around 5 minutes drive from Albufeira Marina, Salgados golf course and the beaches of Sao Rafael, Coelha, Castelo and Gale. Also less than 10 minutes drive away is Albufeira Old Town with its delightful square, cobbled streets and beaches, the Algarve Shopping Centre (in case you require some retail therapy) and the vineyard of Sir Cliff Richard where tours of the winery are available. A little further afield in the Algarve (15 minutes drive) are the Theme Parks of Zoomarine (where you can swim with the dolphins), Aqualand and Slide & Splash. As far as golf is concerned, then you really are spoiled for choice. There are now around thirty golf courses in the Algarve and the majority of these are within 30 minutes drive from the Villa.
