This modern, fully equipped top floor apartment is located 200 metres from the sea/beach in the traditional, picturesque fishing village of Cabanas in the Algarve. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has two large bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and a further washroom. There is an impressive amount of outside space, with two large roof terraces (one with built-in barbeque), both with sea views, and a large balcony. The apartment is located within a peaceful, newly built development with a selection of four secure swimming pools and a children's play area. A range of restaurants and cafe-bars are a short stroll away in the village, which offers a range of facilities whilst retaining an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. The beach has 3km of wide golden sands and is reached by a two minute boat ride across the lagoon (not available in the winter). Benamor golf course is 2km up the road, and the beautiful city of Tavira is a ten minute drive away.

Cabanas is a small traditional Portuguese fishing village in the eastern Algarve. It retains much of its traditional charm with fishing remaining central to the economy. Located only 30 minutes from Faro airport and only 10 minutes from the splendid city of Tavira it provides an ideal starting point for exploring the Algarve. For those venturing further afield the Spanish border is a short drive away, making the city of Seville a mere half days drive away, or three hours by coach or train. For those concentrating on relaxation there is the stunning Cabanas beach offering kilometres of sandy beach. Numerous other beaches are close by, most set beside lovely towns and villages offering a very wide range of restaurants. Several are set on the beach itself offering a unique eating experience. Others are set in the stunning inland hills. Whatever your needs and desires Cabanas either offers it locally or you are within easy distance.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 30% deposit is payable on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Guests can also pay in Euros; the amount is calculated based on the exchange rate on the day of booking.
    Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged on request at an additional 40 euros each way.
    The above rental rates includes all facilities and utilities.
    All bedding and bathroom towels are provided.
    A free 'swipe' card is provided allowing access to each of the four secure swimming pools.
    Beach towels and a travel cot are available for hire at a small extra cost if requested when booking.
    Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation, the 30% deposit is not refundable. We will reimburse as much of the 70% balance as we are able to recoup with any replacement booking.
    Please note that if payments are not made promptly, your booking may be liable to cancellation.
