Casa Suenos is a beautiful 4 bedroomed villa set on two levels with fantastic, unspoilt views. Despite its peaceful location our villa is ideally located in between the beautiful sandy Arenal beach and port, with its bars and restaurants, which is 5 minutes drive away and only a 10 minute to Moriara. Backing on to a National Park, the villa is set up on 2 levels ideal for 2 families, 4 couples or a family travelling with grandparents or teenagers due to the accommodation's living arrangements. Ideal for that special holiday, this villa is full of character and has spectacular unspoilt views. The villa has a traditional Spanish feel to it with arched wooden beamed ceilings and original terracotta tiled floors. There is a covered terrace 'Naya', in summer this provides a shady haven whilst overlooking the pool. The Villa is south facing and with its many terraces you have the sun all day long. For those lazy days, there is an summer kitchen with built-in BBQ overlooking the pool.

    change over day is saturday to saturday we can be more flexible out of high season.

    A 20% deposit will be required on reservation and the rest payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. We will also require a £100.00 returnable damage deposit to be paid with the final payment and will be returned by cheque within a week of your departure.

    Please note the villa will be available from 230 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 10am on the day of departure.

    The villa is cleaned on your arrival, including bed linen and towels. If you require a mid week clean it can be arranged and is charged at an extra cost locally to our cleaner There is also a regular gardener and pool maintenance service to ensure that everything is kept to a high standard.
