Easy walking distance to bus stop (100 m). Residence caretaker. Beautiful view overlooking the sea. Modern building with elevator. Second floor. Fully equipped kitchen (gas and electric cooking)with a terrace with table and chairs. Large living-room with a very comfortable double bed. One sofa and 3 armchairs, dining room suite. Colour TV and AC in the living-room. Bedroom overlooking the park with a double bed and electric ceiling fan. Bathroom (bath tub and shower, bidet) and separate toilet. Private gated parking within the residence. Security deposit 400 euros, refundable. Household linen -towels possibly provided (60 euros). Children & elderly welcome.

The 'Constellations de Fabron'-residence is close to city centre, beach, shopping facilities and entertainment. Only 20 minutes drive from Antibes, half an hour from Cannes. Drive down the A8-E80 motorway and you will cross into Italy. Sample the local markets in both France and Italy. Visit the flower and vegetable market in the Old Town of Nice. Just a 2,5 hours boat ride across from Corsica. The Mercantour National Park is about 1 hour away. During the winter season, you are near to various alpine ski resorts: thrilling!
