  • Deposit policy - one night deposit is due at the time of confirming your reservation. The balance, including all taxes is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation policy - cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit first night deposit, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, subject to minimum one night penalty to maximum full forfeiture.
  • All rates are quoted in Canadian currency per property per night. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom, rates and exchanges are subject to change. Taxes - 6% goods and services tax + 7.5% Quebec sales tax. Non-residents of Canada are eligible for a 6% refund which may be claimed at the airport, customs or by mail.
