This villa was completed in 2008 and located in a private residential urbanization. Comprises 2 double bedrooms(1 en-suite), 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and dining room (with sofa bed, where 2 further people can be accommodated). Fully equipped American kitchen. There is a patio area leading in to private garden with own spa-jacuzzi for 6-7 persons, BBQ. Big lagoon shaped swimming pool is opposite, just 10meters away. Large 45m2 terrace (solarium) with sunbeds is on the roof, offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains, almond, olive, orange groves and horse riding. Parking space is directly beside. House fully equipped with 42 TV, DVD, SKY BOX.

Calpe for centuries was just a fishing village, now a popular tourist destination famously known for the breathtaking 332m2 rock formation Penon de Ifach, now a protected Natural Park. It is now possible to climb to the top of the high rock. There are a good number of excellent blue flag sandy beaches. Water is very clear and warm. Calpe enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year with an average winter temperature 20C and summer 40C The cuisine of Calpe is traditionally based on fish, with it's old fishing harbour, but will satisfy tastes of all nationalities. There are many surrounding places worth a visit. Cumbre Del Sol,Moraira, Javea. Denia offers ferry services to Ibiza, Mallorca. Benidorm is just 30 minutes away by car where you can find Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine Park. Benidorm Palace is not to be missed.

Fly to Valencia airport then take E15/A7 motorway until the Benissa/Calpe junction 63, then travel along the N332 to Calpe. There are number of low fares airlines such as Ryanair, EasyJet, Monarch, Jet2. Car Hire: Centauro, CarJet, Victoria Cars, Sol Mar, Hertz.

A superb villa

We rented the villa for 2 weeks in July 2009 and had a great time. The facilities are excellent - part of a gated community, the villa overlooks the communal pool (and I don't think the photos do the pool justice). The kids were in the pool all the time and we could watch from the terrace. The villa itself was spotless and well appointed. 5 - 10 minutes from the town / beaches and within easy reach of supermarkets (all by car). The owner was very attentive and all in all i would heartily recommend it.

A great place to stay

Stayed here with my husband & 2 children (11 & 9) in May 2009. The children loved the pool which is very close to the villa, we could watch them from the terrace. The jacuzzi is an added extra.

Calpe town is 5 mins drive from the villa & you need a car.

This is all you could want from a holiday villa. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every moment.

This new villa is only 10 minutes by car from the town and beach, although a car is essential there is a private carport next to the property, the best car rental on the net is Cartrawler.com at very reasonable rates.

You can find a small supermarket within walking distance at the Imperial Park Resort.

The owner of the villa “Ruslan” was very helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly, from booking to vacating the villa at the end of our stay.

We wholeheartedly recommend this holiday villa.

A wonderful, relaxing holiday home

My family stayed at this villa in May 2008. We had a wonderful time and the villa was everything we had expected and more! The addition of the jacuzzi on the terrace was inspirational! To sit and relax in there at night with a long cold drink and just look at the stars was just bliss! Calpe is a great place to stay with lots going on and plenty of interesting places to visit within a short drive. The owner was very helpful and obliging and was at the end of a phone whenever we needed him. The fish restaurants near to the harbour in Calpe town were just great and the market on a Saturday morning is not to be missed. You should also visit the fish auction - around 5pm each weekday it is an experience! The children enjoyed Terra Mitica theme park which was easy to get to and approx 30 minutes drive. We enjoyed the walk up 'The Rock' the views are spectacular and going through the tunnel is rather interesting! But please wear suitable shoes. This property is brand new and very clean and tidy, the layout is great for families. Our children really liked the fact that the pool was so close by - we could sit on the terrace and watch them in the pool and they also enjoyed the jacuzzi. It is a great place to chill out and enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet. Two English families live close by and are more than happy to offer help and advice. We can't wait to go back again!
