Additional information about rental rates

  • Includes all linen and towels and maid service once a week. Usual changeover day is Saturday. The property is available for you at 15.00 hrs and must be vacated by 10.00.
    25% deposit required to confirm booking. Remainder of booking fee required 3 weeks prior to arrival. Euro payment by bank transfer (account details will be provided).
    SECURITY DEPOSIT - In cash to be held by the owner EUR 200.00 (released back to client one week following completion of rental unless we are advised by you of a claim for loss or damage to the property).
